I am a full-time REALTOR dedicated to providing honest and professional service to each of my customers. Although my specialty is resort real estate and beach-front property, my transactions are not limited solely to residential real estate. Our highly motivated Pelican team has successfully assisted clients in purchasing and marketing all types of properties in northwest Florida. I am an active member of the Bay County Association of REALTORS, The Florida Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS and the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.

My family retired from the Marine Corps in 1996 after many moves across the continent. As a result, I recognize the variety of challenges that can occur during the process of buying and selling real estate. My goal is to provide high quality, personalized service to my customers throughout each phase of their transaction.

My real estate sales and marketing experience is enhanced by a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Marketing and B.A. in Art/Design from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I also have 6 years of invaluable experience in resort sales ans services from Amelia Island Plantation, a 4 Star resort destination. In my spare time I enjoy tennis, golf, boating and various other types of outdoor recreational activities.
